COnsulting bootcamp

Established in 2026, the Management Consulting Group’s Consulting Bootcamp is a two-week professional development program designed to introduce students to the consulting industry while building the skills needed to succeed in recruiting and case competitions. Through a series of focused workshops, participants gain practical insight into consulting, professional development, case preparation, and the recruiting process.

Participants learn directly from MCG Executive Board members and industry professionals, while gaining access to curated casing resources and opportunities to strengthen their resumes, interviewing skills, and professional communication. The program combines foundational knowledge with hands-on preparation, giving students a clearer understanding of what it takes to pursue a career in consulting.

The Bootcamp culminates in the EY TechX Case Competition, providing participants with an opportunity to put their newly developed skills into practice. Through engagement with EY professionals and targeted case preparation, students enter the competition with the frameworks, resources, and confidence to approach a real-world business challenge.

By the end of the program, participants are equipped with practical consulting skills, stronger recruiting materials, and firsthand exposure to the consulting industry, creating a strong foundation for future case competitions and consulting opportunities.
